Privacy Policy
This policy explains what ReplyMoment processes, why we process it, and the choices available to you.
1. Account and workspace data
We process your name, email address, authentication records, locale, subscription status, product descriptions, monitoring rules, notification settings, writing samples, notes, and workflow actions to provide and secure the service.
2. Public conversation data
We collect public posts, comments, author handles, timestamps, links, and engagement metadata from configured Reddit communities and X searches through third-party data providers. We use this data to match conversations to your products, assess intent, generate drafts, and create aggregate insights.
ReplyMoment is designed for public business-relevant conversations. Do not configure the service to target sensitive personal information or private individuals for prohibited purposes.
3. AI processing
Relevant product context and public conversation text may be sent through Cloudflare AI Gateway to the configured OpenAI model to produce assessments, summaries, and drafts. Test suites use mocks and do not send real model requests. We configure requests to avoid provider training or storage where supported.
4. Notifications and attribution
If you enable email, Lark, Slack, or webhook alerts, we process the destination and delivery status. Webhook configuration is encrypted at rest. Lightweight attribution uses signed candidate and UTM values in links you choose to share. Your server may report explicit visit, signup, or trial events with a random event ID. ReplyMoment does not require an attribution pixel, cookie, browser fingerprint, IP address, or cross-site visitor identifier.
5. Service providers
We rely on Cloudflare for application delivery, storage, queues, email, security, and AI routing; OpenAI for configured AI inference; redditapis.com and twitterapi.io for public platform data; Google for optional sign-in; Stripe for billing; and Sentry for operational error monitoring when configured. Each provider processes data under its own terms and our configuration.
6. Retention and security
Opportunity history is retained according to your plan: 7 days for Starter, 30 days for Standard, and up to 365 days for Pro. Some billing, security, audit, and backup records may be kept longer where needed for fraud prevention, legal obligations, or disaster recovery. We use encrypted transport, restricted service credentials, access controls, and encrypted notification secrets.
7. Your choices
You can update product, language, source, voice, and notification settings in the app. Account settings let you download a structured copy of your data and initiate verified account deletion. You may also request access, correction, export, or deletion by emailing support@replymoment.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
8. International processing and children
Our providers may process data in multiple countries. ReplyMoment is a business service and is not intended for children under 18.
9. Contact and updates
Privacy questions may be sent to support@replymoment.com. We will post material policy updates here and update the effective date.
